If you register for a BCS Higher Education Qualifications (HEQ) examination using the online application process you will receive a receipt and confirmation by email. Please ensure you print these and take them with you to the examination centre on the day of your exam.
Note: we do not issue a receipt or confirmation letter by post. The emails should be retained and printed as evidence of registration for the examination.
I have not received my admission email. Can I still attend the exam?
If you have not received your admission email, you should contact the Customer Service team as soon as possible, who will arrange for a copy to be sent to you via email.
Please take your Photo ID and admission email to the exam venue with you. If you do not have any photographic identification you will be asked to complete a lack of candidate identification by the exam invigilator. Please arrive early to allow time to complete this form
