How do I upload candidates to Gemini/Mosaic?

  1. Login as an Supervisor/Administrator
  2. Click on ‘Customer administration’

Add an individual candidate:

  1. Go to ‘Students’
  2. Click on ‘Add Student’
  3. Fill out the form and click ‘add’

OR Add multiple candidates:

  1. Go to ‘Students’
  2. Click on ‘import students’
  3. Download the template (can be found on the page or download directly here)
  4. Fill out the template and save as a .CSV onto your machine
  5. Select group and confirm
  6. Click ‘Choose file’ and find the .CSV on your PC and click ‘Open’
  7. Then click ‘Process Student Import’ and wait for the file to upload.
  8. Then confirm the candidates to add.
