How do I reset a candidate’s password in ATLAS Cloud?
- Login as an Administrator in ATLAS Cloud
- Find and click on the candidate's BCS ID on the left hand side
- Go to the ‘info’ tab
- Click where it says ‘Show shortlist’ above the Username
- Change this to ‘Show all’
- Scroll down and find ‘number of login attempts’
- If the number is higher than ‘5’ click on the Spanner to re-set it to 0 (if already 0 skip to step 9)
- Click ‘Save’
- Then type in a new password in the ‘Password’ and ‘Confirm Password’ fields
- Click ‘Save’ again.
