How do I reset a candidate’s password in ATLAS Cloud?

  1. Login as an Administrator in ATLAS Cloud
  2. Find and click on the candidate's BCS ID on the left hand side
  3. Go to the ‘info’ tab
  4. Click where it says ‘Show shortlist’ above the Username
  5. Change this to ‘Show all’

  1. Scroll down and find ‘number of login attempts’
  2. If the number is higher than ‘5’ click on the Spanner to re-set it to 0 (if already 0 skip to step 9)
  3. Click ‘Save’

  1. Then type in a new password in the ‘Password’ and ‘Confirm Password’ fields
  2. Click ‘Save’ again.
