How do I change a candidate’s password in Mosaic/Gemini?

  1. Login as an Admin/Supervisor
  2. Go to ‘Customer Administration’
  3. Click on ‘Students’
  4. Click on a Student in the left hand column
  5. Type a new password in the ‘Password’ and ‘Password confirmation’ fields

  6. Click ‘Update’ at the bottom of the page.
