I can no longer attend an event, how do I cancel my booking?

If you have a booking reference starting with ‘EV-20…’, you can view your event booking by logging on to My Events in the secure area of the BCS website. If you are able to cancel your booking, you will see the ‘Cancel’ link next to the event name.  If the Cancel link is not showing, please email your cancellation request to the Customer Service team who will be able to deal with this for you, in-line with the refund policy for the event.

If you want to cancel but do not have a booking reference number for your event, please email your cancellation request to the Customer Service team with the event details.
