I previously completed the pre-requisite exams but these do not appear on my e-professional results page

These may not have been awarded by BCS but by another institute. This is common with ITIL®/PRINCE2® exams. If the qualification was not awarded by BCS it will not appear on the BCS results page. In this case we will require you to provide us with either a scanned copy of your certificate, or your candidate number (if you appear on the AXELOS® successful candidate register).

If you are certain that you took your previous certification through BCS it is possible that a different email address was used at the time resulting in multiple accounts. If this is the case please contact us and we will merge the records.
