Why can I not see my AXELOS exam results in e-professional?

As you may be aware BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, has chosen not to continue providing AXELOS exams from 1 January 2018. This includes the following qualifications:

  • ITIL®
  • PRINCE2®
  • PRINCE2 Agile®
  • MSP®
  • M_o_R®
  • P3M3®
  • P30®
  • MoP®
  • MoV®
  • RESILIA™

From 1st January 2018 all enquiries about AXELOS portfolio exams will be supported by axelos.org and not by BCS.

BCS will be disabling access to the e-professional candidate portal from 1 January 2018, for any candidates who have only taken an AXELOS exam.

The candidate portal will remain available to anyone that has taken non-AXELOS exams via BCS, however details of any AXELOS exams taken will be removed.

Please make sure that you log into the e-professional portal no later than 31 December 2017 to save or print certificates for any AXELOS qualifications you may have passed, to ensure that you have a copy for your records. You can access your account at: www.bcs.org/eprofresults
