You will need experience of managing people, interviewing for appraisals and recruitment and have well developed communication skills.
On the application you will be asked:
- Why you would like to become an assessor.
- What relevant experience you can bring to the role.
- How you would fit the assessor role into your existing commitments.
Applications are reviewed by a panel of current assessors each quarter, and if successful you will be invited to complete relevant online training.
