I have a Certificate of Current Competence which is running out soon/has run out, how do I renew it?

All CITP registrants who can demonstrate they have kept their skills up to date and undertaken activities to maintain their professional competence can apply for a certificate of current competence (CoCC). You will need to submit evidence to meet the requirements of the BCS Policy for Determining Current Competence for Chartered IT Professional Status.

Registrants who hold a Certificate of Current Competence may do this up to six months before their certificate runs out.  Certificates of Current Competence are valid for five years.
